Job Description

About the Role

The Community Lead role at Ramp is a critical position for building and running the company's community program. Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and other teams, the successful candidate will create scalable initiatives that transform users into advocates, establishing Ramp as a trusted partner in financial operations. This role is about bringing systems, frameworks, and infrastructure to turn what's been built into something repeatable, measurable, and scalable.

The ideal candidate will have a builder's instinct, a track record of scaling what's working, and the ability to make it bigger, more repeatable, and more measurable without losing its edge.

Ramp's community is already a powerful asset, comprising a high-caliber network of engaged decision-makers. The Community Lead will join a team that has built a strong foundation, including an active community, a packed events calendar, and deep relationships with finance leaders and operators who love using Ramp.

  • Identify new community channels that expand reach without diluting quality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ramp's customer base and their needs
