About the Role
The role of a Community Manager at Jerry.ai is pivotal in representing the company authentically across various digital platforms. As the first line of interaction with potential and current users, you will be responsible for building and growing Jerry.ai's organic presence. This involves understanding the nuances of different online communities and leveraging your digital skills to create engaging content and foster trust.Jerry.ai is looking for someone who can navigate the high-energy culture of TikTok, provide valuable insights on Reddit, and maintain a professional yet approachable tone on platforms like Quora. Your role will be integral in shaping how Jerry.ai shows up in these communities, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all interactions.
As a Community Manager, you will work closely with the Growth and Content teams to ensure that the company's message resonates across all channels. This involves developing a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing the personal touch, leveraging AI where it enhances the user experience.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy across key platforms like Reddit, TikTok, Quora, and YouTube.
- Create and curate content that resonates with the target audience, aiming to educate, inform, and entertain.
- Engage with users on these platforms, responding to queries, providing support, and fostering a sense of community around Jerry.ai.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase Jerry.ai's online presence.
- Work with the Content team to ensure that all content published across platforms is consistent, engaging, and aligns with the company's overall messaging.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to adjust the community strategy as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in community management, fintech, and insurtech to continually improve Jerry.ai's online presence.
- Develop and maintain Jerry.ai's subreddits, ensuring they become active, trusted communities.
- Implement a system to track engagement and sentiment across all platforms, using this data to refine the community strategy.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to collaborate with influencers or other brands to expand Jerry.ai's reach.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining online communities across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to build systems and processes that support community growth.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how LLMs cite sources, with the ability to incorporate this knowledge into community management strategies.
- Experience with AI tools and how they can be leveraged to enhance community engagement and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong capacity for self-motivation and discipline.
- A patient and curious approach, focusing on long-term organic trust over quick PR wins.
- Familiarity with analytical tools to measure community performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
