The Community Specialist I will report to the Manager of Product Marketing. This position emphasizes problem-solving, rapid information processing, and effective communication with customers, to enhance the user experience for businesses utilizing the HighLevel platform.Responsibilities
- Engage with users through various communication channels including phone, video, and email.
- Solve conflicts and manage high-pressure situations effectively.

Requirements
- Proficient in Excel.
