About the Role
IFTTT is seeking a Community & Support Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on enhancing user engagement and providing technical assistance across various platforms, including Reddit and Discord.Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with users on online platforms.
- Respond to community feedback and assist in discovering value in IFTTT Pro.
- Efficiently handle support tickets, assisting users in building Applets.
- Collaborate on campaigns to boost community participation.
- Create and refine help center documentation and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing online communities for software or SaaS products.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and experience with CRM tools like Zendesk.
- Prior experience working remotely and engaging users across multiple channels.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of APIs and user authentication (OAuth 2).
- A passion for user support and problem-solving.
