About the Role
The Company Strategy & Operations team at Stripe is responsible for designing and operating the company's 'operating system'. This involves long-range and annual planning, managing company and leadership operations, and undertaking strategic projects to identify new opportunities and improve business operations.Responsibilities
- Play a leadership role in planning and guiding short/medium/long term investments
- Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes
- Operate senior leadership forums, setting the agenda for Stripe's most senior leaders
- Tackle '0 to 1' problems and incubate new teams/processes/solutions
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategy & operations, finance, product management, or similar roles at technology companies
- Proficiency in Excel
