About the Role

Stripe is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support Compensation Program Managers and Compensation Partners by providing data-driven insights and executing critical compensation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations, and decision making
  • Play a critical role in annual pay range benchmarking and review process
  • Support Stripe's relationship with third-party vendors by ensuring data sets are comprehensive and current
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with People and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation data and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing periodic audits in our HRIS (Workday)

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience and meets the minimum requirements for the role.
