About the Role

The Compensation Partner will play a key role in implementing and integrating Stripe's compensation strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to align the company's rewards philosophy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Stripe's rewards philosophy and principles in compensation-related decisions and processes
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on all compensation matters
  • Conduct market data analysis to ensure compensation ranges are aligned with the market and support the company's people strategy
  • Ensure Stripe's compensation programs are well-communicated and understood across the organization
