About the Role

The Compliance - FDR Manager role at Devoted Health is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly those related to Medicare Part C & D standards. As a key member of the compliance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs), ensuring they adhere to all applicable State and Federal regulations. This involves conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance, and creating detailed reports to identify areas of improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that all FDRs are complying with regulatory requirements. What You Will Do

  • Conduct desktop and onsite audits of FDRs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Develop and implement effective audit processes and procedures
  • Create detailed audit reports and scorecards to evaluate FDR compliance
  • Identify and address compliance deficiencies, issuing Corrective Action Plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all FDRs are meeting regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including FDRs and regulatory bodies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, adapting audit processes as necessary
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in FDR compliance
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal leadership and external partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare auditing or insurance operations, with a deep understanding of Medicare Part C & D standards
  • Proven ability to manage audits and compliance reports, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in overseeing FDRs, including the ability to identify non-compliance and drive meaningful resolution
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex audit findings into clear presentations and written reports
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Slack
  • Active interest or experience in applying Generative AI or LLMs to automate routine audit tasks
