About the Role

Affirm is seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to join the Loss Mitigation and Furnishing Compliance team. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with key regulations and advise the Servicing, Collections, and Repayments teams.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on changes in servicing, collections, and repayments regulations, ensuring organizational policies align with the latest requirements.
  • Provide guidance on compliance requirements related to product changes and new initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage compliance-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective action plans.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and other servicing regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
