What You Will Do

  • Monitor the use of Twilio's products to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate issues and determine root causes of non-compliant activity
  • Work with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve urgent issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent fraud and abuse on Twilio's platform
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all traffic on Twilio's platform meets CTIA requirements and follows Twilio's Voice Policy, Messaging Policy, and Acceptable Use policy
  • Perform due diligence on new customers and onboard them onto Twilio's platform
  • Respond to and action incoming carrier partner notifications
  • Provide support to customers via email and phone, ensuring an excellent experience with Twilio
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple areas in the team's domain
  • Use Twilio's tools and investigative powers to detect and prevent non-compliant activity

What We Are Looking For
