Job Description

About the Role

Airtable is seeking a Compliance Specialist to shape and maintain its compliance landscape. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end management of critical compliance programs, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and TISAX.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate compliance programs, ensuring successful completion and renewal of certifications
  • Lead and manage internal, external, and customer audits
  • Track, remediate, and validate audit findings within agreed SLAs
  • Drive cross-functional training and improve understanding of control requirements
  • Manage and scale customer trust initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct experience in owning and operating compliance programs in a high-growth or SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience in managing customer, internal, and external audits
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling customer trust
