About the Role

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the HPC support team and R&D experts to drive innovation and deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement HPC applications, including installation, fine-tuning, and maintenance
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for HPC users
- Contribute to the development of automation pipelines and technical training materials
- Participate in open-source projects and share expertise through training courses
- Work with Slurm, LSF, and batch processing to manage HPC workloads
- Utilize Easybuild, EESSI, Singularity containers, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, and Grafana for monitoring and management
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HPC technologies and trends
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Linux and HPC environments
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
- Experience with HPC applications, including installation, fine-tuning, and maintenance
- Strong understanding of Slurm, LSF, and batch processing
- Familiarity with Easybuild, EESSI, Singularity containers, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, and Grafana
- Excellent user support and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with open-source projects and contribution to the HPC community
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based HPC solutions, such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
