Concussion Care Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

The role entails working closely with patients dealing with conditions such as concussions, migraines, vertigo, tinnitus, long COVID, and more. What You Will Do

• Conduct HIPAA-compliant telehealth consultations to assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Review patient health histories and relevant clinical data to inform your decisions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for neurocognitive and chronic pain conditions
• Perform follow-up visits to evaluate progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide clear patient education and clinical guidance to ensure patients understand their conditions and treatment options
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Serve as a consulting clinician focused on driving positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with a supervising physician in accordance with state and practice guidelines
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and patient advocacy in every interaction
• Utilize telehealth technology confidently and assist patients with basic troubleshooting when needed

What We Are Looking For

• Current national NP certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Active state licenses in Maryland and New York (Pennsylvania is a plus)
• 1-3 years of experience in neurology, chronic pain management, psychiatry, or ENT
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of comfort with telehealth technology
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adjust and Excel for efficient patient data management
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their integration into patient care
• Certification in a relevant specialty, such as neurology or pain management
