About the Role
The Connectivity Manager position at Agoda represents a unique opportunity to merge technical prowess with diplomatic partnership management. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that contribute significantly to Agoda's business performance. Being part of the Product team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving customer experience and business growth through data and technology.As a Connectivity Manager, your day-to-day activities will involve the technical and operational ownership of select strategic connectivity partner accounts. This includes working closely with global hotel chain brands to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance. Your diplomatic approach to partnership management will be crucial in negotiations and relationship-building.

What You Will Do
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with Agoda's business objectives
- Own the technical and operational aspects of key connectivity partner accounts
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners
- Analyze data to optimize partnership performance and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals
- Ensure compliance with Agoda's standards and policies in all partnership engagements
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on partnership management best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on partnership performance and recommendations for improvement
- Represent Agoda in external meetings and industry events
What We Are Looking For
- A strong background in digital marketing, partnership management, or a related field
- Experience in managing complex partnerships, preferably in the travel or technology industry
- Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies
- Experience with contract management and legal aspects of partnerships
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
