About the Role
The Construction Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating on-site activities for high-end ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the project team, the successful candidate will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Day-to-day, the Construction Manager will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards. This will involve coordinating site meetings, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement. The ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions will be essential in this role.
As part of the SNC-Lavalin team, the Construction Manager will be expected to uphold the company's commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability. What You Will Do
- Oversee and coordinate on-site activities for high-end ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Proven experience of 15+ years in managing high-end ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
