About the Role
The Construction Scheduler position at Staff Domain Inc. is a remote, full-time opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in planning and scheduling project timelines using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient project execution, resource optimization, and timely delivery through accurate forecasting and schedule control. As part of the project team, the successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.The day-to-day activities of this role will involve analyzing project scope, deliverables, and timelines to create accurate scheduling plans, monitoring project progress, and identifying potential delays or risks to timelines. The Construction Scheduler will also collaborate with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules accordingly, preparing and presenting schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates as needed.

What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
- Analyze project scope, deliverables, and timelines to create accurate scheduling plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks to timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
- Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure schedule alignment with project budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation of scheduling data, revisions, and assumptions.
- Support project planning activities by providing insights on sequencing and resource allocation.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project planning.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
- Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies and critical path method (CPM).
- Experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools beyond Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
