About the Role
As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth and innovation for the company's largest accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, positioning strategic change agendas, and fostering strong relationships with CXO-level clients. This role demands a unique blend of industry expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients.Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver high-quality client work, driving financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets, and ensuring sustained growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting business development opportunities, undertaking scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, and containing risk.

What You Will Do
- Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
- Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth
- Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities
- Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while enduring profitability and understanding and containing risk
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
- Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables, and outputs of a deal engagement
- Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagement
- Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development
- Secure client references
- Achieve individual and team utilization targets
- Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction
