About the Role

The Eplan Consultant will drive customer success by delivering end-to-end solution implementations and providing strategic mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customer and prospect solution implementations at commercial and industrial sites.
  • Serve as a product and industry expert, providing strategic and tactical advice.
  • Present at trade shows and local markets to increase brand awareness.
  • Recommend improvements to Eplan products based on customer feedback and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Eplan, including completion of past customer engagements, or 10–20 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Experience with CAE tools for electrical panel or substation design.
