About the Role
The Consultant - Expert Services role at Regrello is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join a fast-growing technology company that is disrupting the manufacturing and supply chain space. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with customers to understand their complex supply chain operations and provide expert guidance on how to implement Regrello's Intelligent Supply Chain Manager. This AI-powered solution replaces over 80% of non-value-added human work, freeing customers to focus on building deeper supplier relationships, experimenting, and innovating for growth.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of typical large enterprise systems and how they might integrate into transformational AI approaches. You will be responsible for leading software implementations, configuring software, and applying technical components to develop and deliver solutions. Your expertise in business process design and configuration, as well as your ability to analyze customers' existing technology stacks and recommend optimized business processes, will be essential in driving customer success.

What You Will Do
- Lead software implementations and configure software to develop and deliver solutions
- Analyze customers' existing technology stacks and recommend optimized business processes
- Work closely with customers to understand their complex supply chain operations and provide expert guidance
- Develop and deliver immersive experiences that help customers see the future of their supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and identify new business opportunities
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain documentation of software implementations and configurations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
- Build trust and credibility with executive, business process owners, and technical stakeholders
- Develop and deliver presentations and product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or Business
- 3+ years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation or business process consulting, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or related solutions
- Experience leading two or more software implementations, directly managing modules or workstreams across all project stages
- Strong business process design and configuration knowledge, with expertise in key enterprise processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex implementations on time and within scope
- Specialized aptitude with the ability to configure software, understand technical components of software implementations, and apply them to develop and deliver solutions
- Ability to understand and analyze customers' existing technology stacks and recommend optimized business processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context
- Knowledge of core supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, and manufacturing
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to apply these tools to drive business insights and growth
