About the Role

The Consultant International Relocation role at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is a unique opportunity for customer-focused professionals to develop their skills in global mobility. As a key member of the International Assignment Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the relocation process, from initial consultation to final settlement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing multiple customer relationships, developing personalized relocation plans, and ensuring seamless execution of services.

The role is based in the United Kingdom and offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel to the Swindon Hub. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and will be required to think creatively to overcome challenges. As a consultant, you will be the prime navigator and owner of the relocation process, ensuring that all aspects are handled with integrity, professionalism, and understanding on an international scale.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the single point of contact and coordination for all phases of the international relocation process
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of all relocation services based on individual client policies
  • Build long-term relationships with all customers and ensure excellent customer service is provided in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain all internal and external relationships
  • Take responsibility for all elements of the relocation and demonstrate knowledge of all services and products
  • Develop and implement personalized relocation plans for assignees
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in global mobility or a related field
  • Strong customer service and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative, with a strong focus on results-oriented delivery
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills desirable
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally to the Swindon Hub

  • Experience living or working abroad, with a deep understanding of cultural differences and nuances
  • Knowledge of global mobility trends and best practices
  • Certification in a related field, such as relocation or project management
