What You Will Do
- Lead client projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed to a high standard and on time
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry and provide insights that inform client decisions
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion of the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to support their development and growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of the business
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the healthcare industry
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant field, such as life sciences, biology, or medicine
- At least three years of experience in a life sciences consulting role, with a strong track record of delivering projects and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including the ability to develop and maintain databases and conduct statistical analysis
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives

- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
