Consulting Solution Architect (Remote Home, GB)

About the Role

The Architecture team within Atos Amplify is a rapidly expanding and strategically important capability within Atos UK Consulting. You will join a dynamic, multi-functional team that solves complex client issues, with extensive training and support available. The team provides key services including technology strategy and roadmaps, enterprise architecture, solution design, and technical delivery.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical workstreams and shape solution architectures for complex digital transformation programmes
• Design and deliver solutions on hyperscaler platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Develop end-to-end solution designs that encompass applications, cloud, and integration architectures
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver measurable value and operational efficiency
• Work with senior stakeholders to shape solution architectures and deliver technical solutions
• Contribute to the growth of the Architecture practice and support the development of junior team members
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architecture strategies for clients
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to client solutions
• Facilitate workshops and lead hypothesis-led analysis to drive client engagement and solution development
• Manage and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions are secure and compliant with industry regulations

What We Are Looking For

• 5-6 years of experience in a solution architecture or similar role, with a strong background in digital transformation
• Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience leading technical workstreams and shaping solution architectures
• Experience with hyperscaler platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, architectures, and integration patterns, including Agentic, MLOps, and data pipelines
• Experience with security and compliance requirements, including how they are applied to solution design and delivery
• Strong client-facing consulting skills, including workshop facilitation and hypothesis-led analysis
• Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments and engage senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex technical challenges
• Experience with cloud, integration, and application architectures, including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adjust and Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies, including blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Certification in solution architecture or a related field, such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
