About the Role

As a Consumer Music Marketing Lead at Elevenlabs, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of Eleven Music, a platform that empowers users to create, remix, and explore soundtracks. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and executing marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Engineering, and Partnerships, to deliver growth outcomes.

The role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the music industry. You'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI music technology and identify opportunities to leverage these advancements to drive growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Conduct data analyses to inform marketing decisions and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI music technology to drive growth
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies (email/push) to engage users
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior
  • Develop and execute internationalization strategies to expand the platform's reach
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the music or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the music industry
  • Experience with data analysis and tools such as Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SEO and ASO principles
  • Experience with paid marketing channels, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
