About the Role
U.S. Bank is seeking a Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist to provide high-level customer service.Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems
- Research and resolve problems and errors related to fraud support and internet operations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Benefits
- Eligible for a 10% pay incentive for shifts beginning after 12:30 PM
- Eligible for a 10% Spanish bilingual pay incentive once training is completed and a Spanish language assessment is passed
