What You Will Do

• Record short video clips following specific creative briefs and guidelines provided for each project.
• Capture content with a focus on composition, ensuring high visual quality and clarity in every clip.
• Develop an understanding of the project requirements, including the subject matter, style, and parameters for each clip, to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the team to understand the creative vision and goals of each project, contributing your insights and ideas where applicable.
• Edit and refine your clips to meet the quality standards, ensuring they are ready for use in AI model training.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in video content creation, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and relevance of your work.
• Participate in feedback sessions, both giving and receiving feedback, to enhance your skills and the overall quality of the content created.
• Utilize your creative skills to suggest new ideas and approaches for video content, contributing to the innovation and diversity of the projects.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of your clips, meeting deadlines and project milestones.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, ensuring your skills remain relevant and aligned with the evolving needs of the project.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create high-quality, engaging video content.
• Experience with video creation tools and software, including but not limited to cameras, editing software, and lighting equipment.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to follow guidelines and create content that meets specific requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, able to understand and interpret creative briefs and feedback.
• Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI and its applications in content creation, or a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic understanding of composition, lighting, and framing principles in video creation.
