## What You Will Do - Develop and implement a content strategy that drives engagement and conversion - Create high-quality, user-generated content that showcases the company's products and services - Work closely with a team of marketers, writers, and designers to develop content - Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in content creation - Brainstorm and concept new content ideas - Create content that is optimized for SEO - Collaborate with influencers and other content creators to develop sponsored content - Analyze metrics to understand the performance of content and make data-driven decisions

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing role - Strong understanding of what makes compelling content and ability to think creatively - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills - Experience with content management systems and social media platforms - Strong analytical skills and ability to understand metrics - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create engaging content
