Job Description

About the Role

As a Content Design Intern, you will be part of the Content Design team within the broader Design organization at Dropbox. You will work on crafting in-product content that is simple, helpful, and human, with a user-focused point of view.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with a mentor and other content designers
  • Partner directly with a product team to design user experiences
  • Join Design team meetings and critiques, collaborating with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers
  • Gain experience in writing, designing, researching, and iterating on user experiences to make Dropbox feel seamless and easy to use

  • Be prepared to showcase your portfolio, highlighting projects where you applied user-focused design principles and crafted compelling in-product content.
  • Develop a strong understanding of design tools like Figma or Sketch, and be ready to learn and adapt to new technologies.
