About the Role
The Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager is a critical role at Pro Coffee Gear, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will work closely with the growth, product, and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer journey, from discovery to retention, and be able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with coffee enthusiasts and café owners. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across email, social media, and video channels
- Own the email and SMS strategy and calendar, including campaigns and automated flows
- Create high-quality content that connects with coffee enthusiasts and café owners, including website copy, blogs, and landing page messaging
- Build and refine lifecycle programs, including abandoned browse and cart, post-purchase education, loyalty and VIP, and winback
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion
- Partner with the growth team to align emails with product launches and promotions
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media and email channels
- Coordinate with influencer and UGC creators to develop compelling content
- Collaborate with the product and growth teams to develop messaging for launches, events, and campaigns
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including email and SMS metrics, customer engagement, and conversion rates
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated experience running email campaigns and automated flows in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or HubSpot
- Strong writing skills, including conversion-focused copy and brand storytelling
- Experience producing and editing video content, including short-form vertical
- Ability to manage content calendars across channels with consistency
- Comfortable with basic analytics, including GA4, Klaviyo dashboards, and attribution tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced growth environment
- Experience with SEO content, influencer/UGC management, or coffee industry background is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with project management tools, including Asana or Trello
- Certification in marketing automation or email marketing
