About the Role
The Content Manager role at Terra is a unique opportunity to lead content strategy and creation for a diverse range of clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and high-quality content that resonates with audiences and drives business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO, paid media, design, and development, to deliver cohesive and multichannel content campaigns.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from healthcare to technology, and develop a deep understanding of their marketing and PR goals. You will be responsible for researching audiences, industries, and competitive landscapes to inform content strategy and creation. Your expertise in writing, editing, and refining content across formats will be essential in delivering polished and effective content that meets or exceeds client expectations.

What You Will Do
- Lead client conversations to define goals, guide decision making, and present strategic recommendations with confidence
- Own content strategy from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, audience needs, brand voice, and regulatory considerations
- Research audiences, industries, and competitive landscapes to inform content strategy and creation
- Write, edit, and refine content across formats, including articles, webpages, emails, social media, and display ads
- Take independent ownership of workstreams, delivering thoughtful and polished work that consistently meets or exceeds expectations
- Partner closely with clients to gather input, align on messaging, and incorporate feedback across iterative review cycles
- Create and evolve toolkits, templates, and guidelines that support consistent and scalable content delivery
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, paid media, design, and development, to deliver cohesive and multichannel content campaigns
- Spot opportunities to improve content quality, strengthen strategic alignment, and elevate how we work with clients
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency, leading client-facing projects and crafting effective content strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Skilled writer and editor with a knack for producing polished and high-impact content across formats
- Deep understanding of the healthcare sector, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this area
- Collaborative and confident leader who excels at building relationships and working with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in SEO research and keyword strategy, with a strong understanding of UX writing principles and best practices
- Familiarity with design and development tools, including Figma, and the ability to collaborate with design teams
Nice to Have
- Experience creating presentation decks that clearly articulate strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with A/B testing and social media content creation
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to write clean and efficient code
- Experience working with project management tools, including Asana or Trello
