About the Role
The Content Marketing Lead at Klaviyo will play a critical role in developing and executing a cohesive content strategy that spans campaign, demand generation, and thought leadership. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, pipeline generation, and editorial operations, requiring a unique blend of creative and technical skills. As a key member of the marketing team, the Content Marketing Lead will work closely with product marketing, PR, brand, sales, and external agencies to create high-impact content programs that resonate globally.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building or operating AI-assisted editorial production systems, including vibe coding workflows in tools like Claude Code or Claude CoWork. They will be responsible for leading the creation of content that builds market trust, shapes perception, and drives measurable business outcomes across segments and regions.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that spans campaign, demand generation, and thought leadership
- Build content that reinforces Klaviyo’s market narrative while supporting segment and regional go-to-market goals
- Identify the most important themes, formats, and storylines to drive engagement, leads, pipeline influence, and brand credibility
- Translate complex product, market, and customer insights into clear, differentiated content for multiple audiences
- Own the development of high-impact content assets, including ebooks, white papers, research reports, comparison guides, one-pagers, webinars, landing pages, executive thought leadership, customer stories, video, and audio
- Create content that supports the full buyer journey, from awareness and education through consideration and conversion
- Repurpose research, events, webinars, and customer narratives into multi-format content programs that extend reach and value
- Ensure every asset meets Klaviyo’s editorial standards for quality, accuracy, tone, and narrative consistency
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, PR, brand, sales, and external agencies
- Design, test, and improve AI-assisted editorial workflows that increase content production speed, consistency, and scalability
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on campaign, demand generation, and thought leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted editorial production systems, including vibe coding workflows in tools like Claude Code or Claude CoWork
- Experience with AirOps is a strong plus
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create high-quality content for multiple audiences
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, PR, brand, sales, and external agencies
- Experience with content management systems, including WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics
Nice to Have
- Experience with video and audio production, including scripting, storyboarding, and editing
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines
- Experience with social media marketing, including paid and organic social media campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools
