About the Role
The Content Marketing Manager — Creator & Influencer role at Impact is a fully remote, individual contributor position that sits within the Content Marketing team. You will report to the Director of Content and work closely with a Senior Content Marketing Manager who owns strategy and planning for the creator content program. Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end execution of content for creator and influencer marketing audiences, focusing on brands that partner with content creators to drive measurable, performance-based growth.The Content Marketing team at Impact operates with a unique approach, thinking about distribution before content creation. Every piece of content has a specific job, whether it's driving organic search, fueling a demand generation campaign, arming sales with useful conversation starters, or supporting a first-party research narrative. This role requires a deep understanding of how content fits into the broader marketing strategy and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of content for creator and influencer marketing audiences, focusing on brands that partner with content creators.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure content meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Utilize GTM and SEMrush to inform content decisions and measure performance.
- Work within a content system that is designed from the distribution layer out, connected to pipeline and revenue, and tracked through data dashboards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the creator and influencer marketing landscape, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Create content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other formats as needed.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring that all content is published on time and meets the required quality standards.
- Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, using data to inform future content decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the content strategy and execution.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the tech or digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
- Strong understanding of GTM and SEMrush, with experience using these tools to inform content decisions.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of content.
