About the Role

The Content Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality content at Colibri Group. This involves managing workflows, maintaining governance, documentation, and compliance standards, and supporting various teams across the organization. As a central hub for workflow execution, this role is critical in keeping high-volume, stage-gated workflows organized and on track.

What You Will Do

  • Track and reconcile contracts and statements of work (SOWs) to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Execute AI-supported workflows using established SOPs and templates
  • Partner with stakeholders and editorial teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, instructional intent, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate data in content tracking systems and dashboards to support visibility across the development pipeline
  • Manage version control and regulatory documentation to ensure audit readiness across brands and formats
  • Serve as the point of contact for copyright and permissions for SME-provided materials
  • Execute course mapping and tagging workflows across platforms and brands
  • Maintain and update the SME talent database
  • Coordinate SME scheduling for webinars, podcasts, and content delivery
  • Support onboarding processes and access provisioning

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in content operations, publishing coordination, or project/program support
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
  • Experience with contract and SOW administration
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted production workflows
  • Knowledge of content quality assurance and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of autonomy

  • Experience with project management tools and software
