About the Role

As a Content Reviewer at TELUS Digital, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and providing feedback on various types of content, including texts, images, and web pages. Your primary goal will be to evaluate the relevance and quality of search results, helping to enhance the user experience for millions of search engine users. What You Will Do

  • Analyze and evaluate the relevance and quality of search results
  • Provide feedback on various types of content, including texts, images, and web pages
  • Use online tools to review and rate search results
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of better AI models
  • Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of search results
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in search results
  • Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate and provide feedback on various types of content
  • Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the US
  • Active use of Gmail and other forms of social media
  • Experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with various types of content
  • Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone, and a personal computer
  • Ability to pass a language assessment and open book qualification exam
  • Familiarity with Excel and other productivity software
