About the Role
The Content Strategist is a crucial, client-facing role that is responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating both with clients and internal stakeholders. As a key member of the Directive team, the Content Strategist will work closely with the Associate Director to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive real results for clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.The Content Strategist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise clients, developing and implementing custom strategies that meet their unique needs and goals. This will involve working closely with the client to understand their business objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and developing targeted marketing campaigns that drive real results.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive real results for clients
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients, developing and implementing custom strategies that meet their unique needs and goals
- Work closely with the Associate Director to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Conduct competitor and audience insights to inform marketing strategies
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and project managers
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, applying this knowledge to drive real results for clients
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B marketing agency
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and project managers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Experience working with Enterprise clients, developing and implementing custom strategies that meet their unique needs and goals
- Strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and Content Production
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Asana, or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of CRM data and sales funnels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
