About the Role
The Content Strategist role at Directive is a crucial part of the company's success, responsible for creating and managing custom client strategies and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. This role is client-facing and requires a deep understanding of the service line and its impact on other areas of business. As a Content Strategist, you will be working closely with the Associate Director and other team members to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.The role of a Content Strategist is multifaceted, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for creating and implementing custom strategies for Enterprise clients, using data and insights to inform your decisions. Your expertise in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs will be essential in driving campaign success.

What You Will Do
- Create and manage custom client strategies, using data and insights to inform your decisions
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
- Use digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to drive campaign success
- Work closely with the Associate Director and other team members to ensure successful campaign execution
- Develop and implement best practices for client strategies, using Directive's methodology and expertise
- Create and manage content campaigns, including crafting creative briefs and compelling content
- Use project management tools like Asana to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to complete content campaigns on time and to a high standard
- Set goals for clients, using data and insights to inform your decisions, and review and approve goals with the Associate Director
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy or a related field
- Expertise in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with content creation and management, including crafting creative briefs and compelling content
- Knowledge of Directive's methodology, DiscoverabilityOS, or similar approaches to marketing
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana
Nice to Have
- Experience with LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation
- Knowledge of share of SERP and content production best practices
- Familiarity with CRM data and SEMRush reporting
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools
- Experience with paid media and lifecycle marketing
