About the Role

The Content Writer position at Hite Digital is a pivotal role in the company's mission to empower small businesses through effective digital marketing. As a Content Writer, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to creating high-quality, engaging content for clients across multiple industries. Day-to-day, you will work closely with the SEO Strategist to develop content that is optimized for search engines, ensuring that clients' online presence is enhanced. Your creativity, knowledge of SEO techniques, and ability to repurpose content for various formats will be invaluable assets. What You Will Do

  • Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for clients across various industries, following the strategies provided by the SEO Strategist.
  • Learn and stay updated with the latest SEO, content writing, and AI best practices to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
  • Repurpose content for different formats such as website blogs, Google Business Profile posts, and social media posts to maximize client reach.
  • Leverage AI tools to create and manage custom prompts that capture clients' tone and messaging preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in style and formatting across all client accounts by following established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and strategies that drive client engagement.
  • Utilize design tools like Canva to create visually appealing content when necessary.
  • Manage and optimize content performance using analytics tools like GA4.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for content improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in content writing, SEO, and digital marketing.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on SEO and social media content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to write for diverse audiences and industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS like WordPress and theme builders such as Elementor or Divi.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (PHP knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with analytics tools like GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
