About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Design, maintain, and improve knowledge bases to support product analytics, AI-driven insights, and customer data management.
  • Engineer and orchestrate content to ensure seamless interaction between human users and AI agents across various Posthog products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to identify and prioritize content needs and technological advancements.
  • Develop and implement technical documentation to facilitate the onboarding of new users and to support the ongoing education of existing users.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new features and products are properly documented and integrated into the existing knowledge base.
  • Conduct analysis and research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI, data analytics, and product development.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for technical content creation and AI engineering within the company.
  • Participate in the review and feedback process for technical content and AI-related projects to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Engage with the broader Posthog community, including users and partners, to gather feedback and insights on how to improve the company's products and services.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong background in technical content creation, preferably with experience in AI, data analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience with knowledge base design, maintenance, and improvement, with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a distributed team.
