What You Will Do
- Review digital documents for relevance, privilege, and responsiveness.
- Conduct privilege and responsiveness reviews with precision, adhering to legal standards.
- Utilize electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
- Perform conceptual searching and first and second reviews as necessary.
- Apply redactions and ensure document integrity is maintained.
- Collaborate with the document review team to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure high standards are met.
- Provide support in legal research and foreign language translation tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of document review workflows and processes.
- Communicate effectively with the project management team regarding project status, issues, and recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and be in good standing.
- Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese fluently.
- Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, and conceptual searching.
- Experience with electronic document review technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
