About the Role
J. J. Keller's Environmental Consulting practice is seeking a Contract Consultant with expertise in Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) regulations. This role can be located anywhere in the U.S. and offers the flexibility of remote work.Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate health/safety aspects of mining industry operations and processes
- Educate, train, and mentor clients on MSHA regulations and their applications
- Provide prudent recommendations to clients based on sound judgments
Requirements
- Advanced experience in the mine safety and health industry
- Ability to analyze technical and regulatory information
- Strong verbal and written skills for effective communication
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Environmental Services, Health or Safety Sciences, Technology/Engineering, and 10+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience
