About the Role
The Contract Performance Manager is responsible for administering and managing services contract fulfillment and execution in East Europe.Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer contract portfolios, including O&M, Powerup, and TSA Warranty
- Ensure timely contract execution and resolve disputes or claims
- Host periodic contract execution reviews with key customers
- Act as the single point of contact for key customers
- Maintain all contracts-related documentation
Requirements
- Strong digital skills and experience in remote work
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
