About the Role
Olo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This position will play a crucial role in growing their Engineering and Development teams across EMEA.Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end talent searches from first candidate contact through offer stage
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview logistics
- Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
