About the Role
The Conversational AI Designer will develop intuitive conversational experiences for IVR, chat, and agentic AI platforms at Allstate.Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end conversational experiences, addressing user needs and business goals.
- Oversee the conversational AI design process across diverse teams, fostering collaboration among UX designers.
- Apply human-centered design methods to clarify and solve design problems.
- Create practical conversation design artifacts, including scripts and flow diagrams, using tools like Figma, Mural, and Voiceflow.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams during implementation to ensure design standards are met.
- Conduct evaluations of conversational interactions and leverage feedback for improvements.
- Ensure accessibility, privacy, and compliance in all experiences.
- Communicate design rationale effectively across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conversational design and human-centered design principles.
