About the Role

The Conveyancing Paralegal position at Deep Blue Company is a full-time, remote opportunity for an experienced professional to join an award-winning conveyancing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential conveyancing files, with the ability to handle 30-35 files per month with行政 support. This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining sustainable referral relationships with professionals in the industry.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing conveyancing files from start to finish, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with key dates and deadlines. What You Will Do

  • Manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files per month, ensuring timely completion and high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conveyancing transactions
  • Coordinate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Conduct research and due diligence on properties and clients as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain relationships with referral sources, including real estate agents, financial institutions, and other professionals
  • Collaborate with the administration team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in QLD conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of conveyancing files autonomously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Registration or qualification as a Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland (preferred)
  • Ability to work from home with minimal supervision, while maintaining regular communication with the team
