About the Role
As a Coordenador de Marketing Criativo at KÄsper, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize our marketing efforts. You will report directly to the marketing director and work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creative marketing. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget, tracking ROI, and providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing materials
- Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and providing regular progress updates
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing marketing efforts
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a creative or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Excellent creative skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
