About the Role
The Proposals Coordinator role at Aecon Group Inc. is a pivotal position that supports the creation and administration of high-quality proposal submissions for large-scale civil construction projects. As part of the Civil East sector, the Proposals Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions for complex and impactful infrastructure projects. This sector specializes in heavy civil construction, with a portfolio that includes cutting-edge work on bridges, highways, tunnels, and airports. - Support Proposal Managers in the creation and administration of responses for large-scale civil construction opportunities
- Coordinate content for proposal submissions, ensuring all necessary materials are clear, comprehensive, and compliant
- Develop and review proposal content to assure it meets the required standards and is tailored to the specific project needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to gather information and support the proposal development process
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet submission timelines
- Review and analyze proposals to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Aecon's services, capabilities, and project experience
- Support the production of winning submissions by assuring all necessary materials are compelling and effectively communicate Aecon's value proposition
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of proposal submissions and outcomes
