About the Role
The Customer Lifecycle Lead plays a pivotal role in optimizing the end-to-end customer lifecycle across REXEL's trade customer base. This involves using data, insight, and automation to drive growth, retention, and share of wallet. As a critical member of the marketing team, this role will be instrumental in shifting CRM from campaign-led marketing to a commercially driven, insight-led function that supports account development and customer experience at scale.The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team that values diversity, individuality, and creativity. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to drive growth, retention, and share of wallet
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to turn customer insight into measurable commercial impact
- Design and execute personalized lifecycle activity to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Utilize CRM and automation platforms to optimize customer interactions and experiences
- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing efforts
- Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer lifecycle initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer lifecycle management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize workflow
What We Are Looking For
- Commercially minded CRM expert with strong experience in B2B or trade environments
- Proven track record of using data and insight to drive growth and customer engagement
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms, customer segmentation, and personalized lifecycle activity
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales and technical teams
- Customer-focused approach, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and opportunities for growth
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement
