About the Role

The Customer Lifecycle Lead plays a pivotal role in optimizing the end-to-end customer lifecycle across REXEL's trade customer base. This involves using data, insight, and automation to drive growth, retention, and share of wallet. As a critical member of the marketing team, this role will be instrumental in shifting CRM from campaign-led marketing to a commercially driven, insight-led function that supports account development and customer experience at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to drive growth, retention, and share of wallet

  • Design and execute personalized lifecycle activity to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Utilize CRM and automation platforms to optimize customer interactions and experiences
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing efforts
  • Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer lifecycle initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer lifecycle management

What We Are Looking For

  • Commercially minded CRM expert with strong experience in B2B or trade environments
  • Proven track record of using data and insight to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Experience with CRM and automation platforms, customer segmentation, and personalized lifecycle activity
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales and technical teams
  • Customer-focused approach, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and opportunities for growth
