About the Role
As a Copywriter at Activate Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and embodying the brand's voice across every touchpoint. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute brand-aligned copy across all touchpoints, including email, landing pages, ads, product pages, and social media
- Deeply understand the brand's tone, voice, and customer psychology to craft compelling, performance-driven copy
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and growth teams to align messaging with campaign goals
- Write high-converting copy for paid media and lifecycle campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion
- Adapt messaging across different audiences, formats, and funnel stages to optimize campaign performance
- Contribute to A/B testing of hooks, headlines, CTAs, and angles to continuously improve performance
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all outputs to maintain a cohesive brand image
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and copywriting to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches for copy and campaign strategies
- Analyze performance data to inform future copywriting decisions and optimizations
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting
- Portfolio that showcases ability to write compelling, conversion-driven copy for various channels and audiences
- Deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and customer psychology
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to inform copywriting decisions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Ability to adapt messaging across different audiences and formats
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice consistency
