About the Role

Stripe is seeking a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our corporate functions teams across AMER. Our Core functions focus on optimizing internal operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives that enable the company to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
  • Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring across Stripe
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
