About the Role

The Corporate Accounts Manager, Healthcare role at Ecolab is a high-growth opportunity for a commercial leader to develop and scale emerging health system relationships. As a trusted partner, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including Infection Prevention, EVS, Strategic Sourcing, Facilities, and executive leadership. Your primary focus will be on driving net-new business development and long-term expansion, identifying whitespace opportunities, and building strategic growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry, with experience in corporate, strategic, or national account management. You will be responsible for owning and developing a portfolio of emerging and growth-stage health system accounts, with a strong emphasis on expanding and scaling digital solutions across Environmental Hygiene and Hand Hygiene programs.

Ecolab's Healthcare Division is a leader in infection prevention and environmental hygiene, providing comprehensive solutions to protect patients, caregivers, and facilities. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering integrated solutions, collaborating with internal partners across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Field teams.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand Ecolab's Environmental Hygiene, Hand Hygiene, and infection prevention footprint in emerging health system accounts
  • Identify and prioritize whitespace opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Serve as a trusted commercial partner, providing guidance and support to accounts as they evolve in scale, complexity, and sophistication
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions, aligning with customer needs and priorities
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, requiring alignment across functions and regions
  • Drive the adoption and scaling of digital solutions tied to Environmental Hygiene and Hand Hygiene programs
  • Position digital tools as enablers of better compliance, infection prevention outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Partner internally to replicate and scale successful digital deployments across emerging health systems
  • Attend and support business, industry, and customer events as required, acting as a strategic voice of the customer
  • Influence internal priorities and solution development, ensuring customer needs are met

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
  • 2+ years of corporate, strategic, or national account management experience
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and priorities
  • Experience with programmatic sales and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (minimum 40%)
