About the Role
Scale LLP, a fully distributed law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing national practice.Responsibilities
- Support clients on matters including venture financing transactions, entity formations, and drafting shareholder agreements
- Administer stock option plans, manage cap tables, and prepare federal and blue sky securities filings
- Work directly with world-class attorneys who have practiced in-house and in BigLaw, domestically and internationally
Requirements
- Experience as an attorney, preferably in corporate law
- Strong digital skills for remote work
Nice to Have
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting, and/or commercial contracts
